Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the specific beauty products you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original boxes and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
